After steadily rebuilding his career as an independent artist, Samuel is back with a burst of confidence and charisma in his latest single, “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI.” Serving as the title track from his mini album SAMUELiTO, the song showcases an artist who is embracing his individuality while delivering one of the most energetic releases of his recent career.

From the opening moments, “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI” wastes no time establishing its playful personality. Built around an infectious hook and a rhythmic dance-pop foundation, the track leans into vibrant beats and catchy repetition that make it almost impossible not to move along with the music. The chorus is deliberately designed to get stuck in your head, and by the second listen you’ll likely find yourself repeating the title long after the song has ended.

Samuel’s vocal performance strikes a balance between confidence and fun. Rather than chasing powerful high notes or emotional balladry, he focuses on delivering attitude, groove and personality. The result feels natural and authentic, allowing his charm to take centre stage. Having debuted at a young age and spent years evolving as an artist, Samuel sounds comfortable in his own skin here, and that confidence elevates the entire track.

Visually, the accompanying music video complements the song’s upbeat energy with dynamic choreography and colourful styling. Samuel has always been a strong performer, and “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI” gives him plenty of opportunities to showcase his dance skills. The choreography feels designed for repeat viewing and social media challenges, adding another layer of appeal to an already catchy release.

What makes “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI” particularly enjoyable is its refusal to take itself too seriously. In an era where many artists pursue darker concepts or heavily layered narratives, Samuel delivers a straightforward feel-good track that prioritises fun. It’s bright, energetic and unapologetically pop.

While the song may not be Samuel’s most vocally demanding or emotionally complex release, that’s not its purpose. “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI” succeeds because it understands exactly what it wants to be: a high-energy anthem designed to make listeners smile, dance and have a good time.

With “ZIGI-ZIGI-ZIGI,” Samuel reminds fans why he remains one of K-pop’s most versatile performers. The track is playful, memorable and packed with enough energy to become a staple on summer playlists.
