It is confirmed that EXO‘s Baekhyun, Chen and Xiumin will be terminating their contracts with SM Entertainment. They have released their official statements through their lawyers, who have informed SM Entertainment that their contract will be terminated on June 1st. There were a few reasons behind them deciding to pursue this termination. The first reason is in regards to their activities and SM’s refusal to provide the necessary documentations of the settlement reports. The second reason is due to the unjust long-term contracts as the company continues to push for further extension of the contract.
