Jay Park always knows how to make his MV entertaining with an elaborate story of the meaning behind this latest track. We get a news narration on what ‘Candy‘ has become before it transitions to the song. The melody begins off with that R&B melody that we could all groove along. It is clear that this type of melody best suits his tone of voice. It is clear that this song is written right at his range, allowing us his voice to resonate so clearly into our ears. The melody is also super fun and vibey to listen to. It is the kind of song that would be perfect for a night drive as we sit back and enjoy the smoothness of his voice. The video also features YooA, who does a dance section with Jay Park. Zion.T‘s section is also a great addition to the song. He too have such a smooth voice but contrasts well with Jay Park to give us an interesting section in the song.
