YG announces exciting Treasure plans + to debut a subunit!

YG has announced some exciting Treasure news ahead of their return. Check out the announcement below!

The video shows the plans behind what is happening with Treasure this year. It is revealed that they will be releasing their 2nd full album in August. This album will be seen as a reboot where they will be showing a new side of them that haven’t been shown before. The company also plans on debuting a subunit called T5. The members chosen are the ones who put their hands up when asked who is the most handsome one. We are excited to see who will be part of this subunit. This subunit is set to debut in July.

The first member revealed to be part of T5 is Junghwan. The image features our maknae all grown up, looking very sleek and charismatic in a suit. We are super ready to see who else will be part of the subunit.

The second member is Jungkyu. He too is seen wearing a suit and the whole background gives off his serious vibe. It definitely suits him despite the happy virus mood that he is always in.
